Jürgen Wink played for many years in the independent theater scene in Berlin and on the stages of the city of Kiel before becoming a member of the acting ensemble of the Städtische Bühnen Münster in 1997. From 2004 to 2021, Jürgen Wink was a member of the acting ensemble at the Staatstheater Kassel, where he worked with Anna Bergmann, Laura Linnenbaum, Schirin Khodadadian, Thomas Bockelmann, Markus Dietz, Janis Knorr, Philipp Rosendahl and Marco Štorman, among others. In 2010, he was awarded the VolksBühne Kassel prize for best actor.
