WIR FEIERN! EIN GLITZERNDES FEST ZUM INTERNATIONALEN FRAUENTAG.
We are celebrating a really nice party on the eve of International Women's Day! You don't really feel like celebrating these days: war, crisis and populists don't really make you feel confident about the world. But we shouldn't forget what has been achieved and what we can achieve together! That's why we're celebrating and looking forward to artists such as the wonderful Onita Boone, who has performed on stage with Whitney Houston and Mariah Carey and traveled every continent. The Frauenkammerchor Marburg, Rose Letso Steinhoff and political economist Feline Tecklenburg, who has a wonderful idea for the future, will also be giving a short keynote speech. Aliona Marchenko and Mia Wiederstein from the HLTM ensemble will be performing. In addition, various initiatives and organizations from Marburg will introduce themselves. The event will be moderated by Saskia Boden-Dilling and AdeleEmil Behrenbeck.

The proceeds of the event will go to the women's shelter in Sfax, one of Marburg's partner cities.
The event is organized by the Hessian State Theatre Marburg, the Marburg-Biedenkopf Municipal Women's and Equal Opportunities Office, the Philipps University Marburg, the Department for Equality, Diversity and Anti-Discrimination of the University City of Marburg and the Zonta Club Marburg.
